Ingredients

  • ½ kilo fresh mussels, soaked and cleaned
  • 3 packs LEE KUM KEE Panda Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp sliced ginger
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable cooking oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can (425g) sliced button mushroom
  • 1 red bell pepper-sliced into strips
  • 1 small onion, finely sliced
  • 1 bunch of green onions, sliced
  • 1 bunch of leeks-sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
