Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Muchroom, slice
  • 1 can Butter - 100 g Flour - 50 g Garlic, finely minced -
  • 10-12 large cloves
  • 1 medium Evaporated Milk
  • 10 tbsp Water used to boil the tongue
  • 2 cups Chicken Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt and ground white pepper to taste
  • 5 minutes then add the mushroom and fry for another
  • 2 minutes Scoop out the tongue and mushrooms and set aside
